| Yes, each authorized user is assigned a user name and password to access the system. |

| Can I view any and all documents stored in the IntellaPac Pro database? |
| Yes, IntellaPac Pro provides a capability to store documents and files created
by other software applications with specifications. As with most software
programs, file formats are associated with specific software packages. |

| How complex is the system to set up? |
| The system is relatively simple to set up with a few hours of training from a
certified IntellaPac Pro application specialist. Actual implementation time will
depend upon how many specifications and related data need to loaded into the
system and how readily available it is. |

| What background do I need to understand the system? |
| Using the system is simple. Expertise within your area of responsibility is more
important since IntellaPac Pro is designed to help manage your current data in a
more effective manner. We use industry standard templates and language that will
help you to quickly begin navigating through the system. |

| Does IntellaPac Pro work with any Internet browser? |
| Yes, IntellaPac Pro works with Microsoft Internet Explorer, version 4 or greater. |

| What computer hardware is needed for the system? |
| Since IntellaPac Pro is a web-enabled, web-accessible server-based application,
a personal computer or Internet accessible workstation is needed to access
IntellaPac Pro. |

| Can I color proof graphics with this system? |
| IntellaPac pro is not a color proofing system. It is capable of allowing you to
view type, layout and the general look of your graphics. It's an excellent
source for confirming correct delivery of new and current materials. |

| What resources are available to implement the system? |
| Our team of application specialists can be scheduled to help you with your
project. Complete services from data entry to process development are available
to streamline your implementation. |

| Can I get data to and from other systems? |
| Yes, IntellaPac pro is designed using industry standard applications. It is ODBC
compliant and uses standard web architecture. The software is capable of
delivering to and/or receiving data from many types of applications including
ERP systems. Based on your specific needs, our team of experienced developers
can create an interface for your system. |

| Yes, customization can be made based upon your use and requirements. |

| Is the system Internet or Intranet capable? |
| Yes, it is server-based, Web-enabled and Web-accessible. Users access the
applications using existing standard Web browsers such as Internet Explorer.
IntellaPac Pro can be implemented on servers operating in the client's computer
environment (Intranet or Extranet) or IntellaPac can offer a hosting service to
operate the system for a client in a safe and secure environment. |

| What packaging specifications are contained in the system? |
| A number of industry standard packaging templates are available with IntellaPac
Pro. Corrugated, flexible packaging and folding cartons to name a few. Our team
of application specialists will help you determine the applicability of
available templates and help you quickly develop those that may be unique to
your business. |

| Can I capture the Bill of Materials (BOM)? |
| BOM's can be created multiple ways at multiple levels. It is as easy to create a
BOM at the Unit Load level as it is at the product package level. A BOM can then
be exported as a file that can be used by most software applications. |

| Who can create or change a specification? |
| The permission to change a specification is determined by assigning specific
capabilities to individual users. Based upon your business requirements,
permission to create and/or change a specification can be granted by your system
administrator. You can establish the rules for users based upon their group,
function and role. |

| How can I be sure that new or changed specifications are properly reviewed and approved? |
| The specification review and approval process normally involves people in many
parts of the organization. IntellaPac Pro provides a mechanism to support the
review and approval process. |

| What data formats can be imported into IntellaPac Pro? |
| Data from accounting systems, legacy systems or other applications can be
imported into IntellaPac. Standard input formats are provided during the
implementation process as an aid to data preparation. IntellaPac's developers
can create custom data collection and data handling programs to facilitate data
collection and exchanging data between systems. Other files such as Word
documents, CAD and graphics can be uploaded into IntellaPac Pro easily. |

through implementation. It supports collaboration and communication among all
